Why the Employer Brand Fresco?
This fresco is a collaborative workshop open to everyone. Its goal is to raise awareness of the employee experience and, above all, to co-create the pillars of employer engagement. At ARISTID, in the first quarter of 2024, we ran three Employer Brand Fresco sessions — more than fifty employees took part!

3 goals for these Frescos
- Help identify and resolve the challenges linked to changes in work
- Engage the collective and bring it on board for the long term
- Make ideas actionable and concrete, and turn individuals into drivers of those actions
At the heart of this method, no fuzzy corporate concept… but real questions about everyday life at ARISTID. Through a series of exercises, we were able to surface our strengths and our weaknesses, and to imagine together what the ARISTID employee experience of tomorrow could look like.
Employer Brand Fresco workshops
4 priority workshops are now under way
To turn the projects that emerged from the frescos into reality, 4 workshops led by employee volunteers have been launched. This collaborative work will have a real impact on the daily life of the ARISTID teams — every employee has the opportunity to be an actor of change within the company and reveal their potential beyond the usual setting!
Together with the internal satisfaction survey carried out in June 2024 with Supermood, this gathering of insights helps us adapt the way we work and prioritise our investments to improve internal satisfaction.
Workshop 1 — Strengthen recognition for employees
Our goal: formalise a manager framework around the 3 types of recognition: financial, verbal, event-based. Once validated by management, this framework will give managers a better understanding of the means available to recognise success, and reduce inconsistencies.
Workshop 2 — Remote working at ARISTID
Our goal: define a “remote-working guide”. It will help harmonise practices and create a clearer framework illustrated by concrete examples.
Workshop 3 — Meeting ground rules
Our goal: make our meetings more efficient and reduce both their number and length. We will work on a “nudge design” method to set up, run and follow up on a meeting.
Workshop 4 — Levelling up our managers
Our goal: use AI to boost our managers' skill development and help them put into practice the recommendations from the management training they have all completed.
