These podcasts showcase the diversity of tech professionals at ARISTID. They aim to inspire other women to dare to enter these professions. Delphine Zanelli, the author of the podcast L’entreprise de Demain, interviews the journeys of these 5 tech women, questioning any difficulties, personal obstacles, motivations and experiences of each of them.

Retail jobs have played a significant role in women's employment, and it is crucial that "retail tech" today actively promotes parity and professional equality between men and women.

ARISTID has partnered with Delphine Zanelli, the author of the podcast L’entreprise de Demain, to give a voice to 5 women employees who are successful in “digital and tech” fields, a still predominantly male domain.
ARISTID is committed to fighting against gender stereotypes and professional inequalities between men and women. Since 2022, the company’s score on the national gender equality index has only increased, reaching 95/100 on March 1, 2024, an increase of 16 points in two years.
ARISTID had already showcased its commitment in 2023 by creating “Marguerite Day”, renaming ARISTID to MARGUERITE for a day.
This increase is the result of the work of human resources and managers who have paid particular attention to implementing national recommendations on this subject.
