Here is the 9th edition of my world tour of innovative retail concepts.

This is the 9th edition of my world tour of retail innovations. This year, the retail world is driven by social shopping: social networks are becoming true marketplaces where people discover, interact and purchase, while brands turn into real content factories generating continuous live formats.
Artificial intelligence multiplies possibilities: instant brand content creation, searches that understand our intentions, products configured in real time, and even avatar sales assistants capable of adapting their message to each customer’s style, budget and mood. Magical… yet already very real.
Retailers’ commitment is also growing through concrete initiatives: repair corners, streamlined recommerce, compostable fashion, incentives for rental models and enhanced traceability. On the customer journey side, friction continues to fade thanks to 100% product availability, augmented try-ons, emotion analysis, invisible payments and conversational assistance.
Everywhere, flagship stores tell rich stories, combining immersive scenography with unexpected services. All eyes are now on the highly anticipated opening of Netflix House in late 2025, promising a new chapter where culture, entertainment and retail come together. At the same time, Korean influence continues to expand beyond beauty and music, reaching food, design and lifestyle.
Open this book: it is full of ideas to explore, experiences to test and inspirations to capture.
